In celebration and recognition of their 75th anniversary in 2009, Watson Insurance decided to give their web presence a much needed updating. They commissioned Ari Miller to dress them up and flesh them out.
Although the content on the existing site was valid, the architecture needed improvement as well as a GUI face-lift. "We worked very closely with Watson to help them organize their wealth of information into a form and function that was more intuitive and efficient," says Ari. As the vast majority of their content would not require regular updating, a more straight-forward HTML foundation made sense. "We integrated their third-party insurance services provider to allow for a more seamless and branded experience."

The final site not only reflects Watson's quality and professionalism, it also allows clients easier access to information resulting in reduced repetitive phone traffic and a more satisfying overall experience.
